Only once we see a germination rate higher than 90% do any seeds leave our facility for general sale.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OUR SEEDS.

There are many conditions whereby a 90% germination rate will not be achieved, as mentioned above they are a live product and we’re not there to assist with germination once they are in your hands. However, for all Big Muddy Genetics direct orders, we include extra seeds per pack with all orders to give you every chance possible to get successful results from our company. Think of these extra seeds as friendly insurance. We are under no obligation to replace any orders.

Returning your order

We would prefer no seeds be returned by mail, as the journey through the postal system can be detrimental to these delicate live products. If you have any problems with your order then we suggest you contact us and (if possible) send us photos of the package and merchandise that has the problem, this way we’re able to rectify the situation a more promptly.

Returning Other Items Purchased Through Our Website

If you need to return other items like stickers or apparel bought on this website, for any reason we will swap or refund your item, under the following conditions:

• The item is unused
• You send us photos of the item, including the packaging
• No more than 21 days has elapsed since purchase
• Return postage costs are at your expense

Promotions

All promotions are subject to stock. At times we may run out of the advertised cultivars. In the event that this happens, we shall replace the promotional items with other promotional stock.

An address error is not covered by our shipping guarantee.

Damaged / Faulty Merchandise

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first (within 14 days of receiving your order).

Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference (minus the shipping costs).

Refunds

We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not refund the cost of returning goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made by crediting your card.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
